      Great People to work with. Everyone is friendly and willing to help you out.

      Cons

      You could stay stagnant. Company is growing and becoming very corporate compared to the culture it used to have. There is a lot of cliques and favoritism. I would personally look elsewhere if you are looking to gain more managerial skills.

      Pros

      Good people, always busy and fast paced, they give us free food here and there. Family oriented vibe

      Cons

      They don't know how to manage their jobs correctly. There's so many people involved in 1 job and no communications makes the rest work hard. A lot of people that take advantage of the leaders. Take longer lunches and come in late and leave early but are not reprimanded.
