Pros

Opportunity to get in to a new space and the company grew very fast

Cons

Upper Management sets unrealistic expectations and creates high amounts of turnover within sales due to cutting employees off around 6 months in expansion territories where they have had no footprint. Differentiatiors that they sell you are no different compared to every company in the home infusion space. Upper Management is very hesitant to add new therapies to their list and only concentrate on the high profit margin medications and do whatever they can to make the most money per patient serviced.

Pros

Almost all pros cease to exist.

Cons

The company operates very much like a good-old-boys club. Certain long-term employees are allowed to behave unprofessionally without accountability, largely because leadership remains blindly loyal to them. Their resistance to change, and leadership’s fear of confronting it, prevents the company from evolving and reaching its full potential. The culture suffers as a result. Instead of embracing improvement, some legacy employees actively undermine those who bring new ideas or challenge the status quo. Behaviors such as misinformation, intimidation, and exclusion are tolerated to push out anyone perceived as a threat. The organization has real strengths and real potential, but meaningful progress is unlikely until leadership addresses the internal dynamics holding it back.
