For those in middle-management there is limited opportunity to grow. There were several instances where people were cherry-picked and groomed for senior roles without giving fair opportunity to others. Fale promises are constantly made by senior leaders with one intention: to keep you there as long as they can. The groups can be cliquey, reminiscent of high school, leading to a highly competitive and cutthroat environment. The yearly rating process is unfair, unjust and simply unfulfilling.
