Pros
Free scrubs, affordable benefits for full timers, education reimbursement for full timers. Free lunches are sometimes provided and employees get a higher payout if they decide to donate.
Cons
Cliquish management, rude donors, constant harassment from donors with no recourse from management. CSL recently increased the starting wage and refuses to increase the wages of the current staff to match those coming in. It’s not fair that there’s staff (some have been here for years) working along side new hires who are making $3 more than them.
