Pros
Flexible work schedule. Lots of conversations. Great place to work if you are a young college student and need to call in if you are hungover.
Cons
Donors are constantly being asked to go home and change their clothes due to urinating themselves after a night of drinking or drug use. New hires are more professional than the managers themselves. Constant sexual harassment and no direct line to an H.R. representative so you can not get a help at all if needed to.
