Pros

Office staff and anyone in a supervisory position were helpful.

favoritism amongst the same race supervisors/asst manager..(blacks) special treatment for black employees by the black supervisors, one even said..a certain person i went to her with a problem said he was her favorite and loved working with him. right in front of my face the next day.. over heard another black employee say she didnt want to work with US so called whites...mostly blacks worked there and made whites do all the work took their sweet time...overworked the white employees..favortism for their race...basically whites where doing all the work and nothing was ever said to the black employees...to move their butts..I dont think Management really see's what is going on on the floor...or basically dont care as long as they have bodies filling positions.... special treatment for certain people..overworked....10-12 shifts...same people pulling ALL the weight of the floor the WHITES!!!! If i was a new employee and I was seeing this in the short time I worked there then these people are blind as bats and dont know what is going on in there own facilty...donors are waiting endlessly due to the laziness of the black employees that cant even move out of their own way. applied for fulltime...hired as part time given fulltime hours told i was part time. no benefits or PTO...they use you for full time hours then lower your hours to keep you from getting benefits or PTO...one week im working 5-6 hours next week 7-10 yet telling me im part time...on your feet 3-4 hours straight with no break. you have to beg to go to the bathroom which is abuse. their is a division on the floor with the blacks they dont want to work with the whites or help them in any way. the only time they will talk to you is when you are in a supervisory position or they want you to do all the work...talk about being racist....Ive never seen anything like this in my life. I commend the people that do stay there I guess they are just as blind to the bullcrap or they are just afraid to say anything as well. and as far as pay...underpaid for the amount of work you have to do...another issue is one of the so called trainors that had been there along time for some odd reason felt he was god and was there for entertainment and not to work and again supervisors not telling him to get to work. instead putting more pressure on the others to work harder so he could stand around and milk the clock ..also throwing caps from the machine at donors and other employees...i was hit several times and this person is very lucky I quit and didnt go back because I would have had him arrested for assault. he was warned several times not to throw them at me and he did...I hope management took this seriously , but I guess they just keep hiring the same lazy people and dont care....I almost fell due to slipping on one of the caps that was thrown...I wonder how that would have turned out if I broke my hip...cause i sure as hell would have sued them and the loser child idiot that threw it...

The Benefits, My Coworkers, The Donors

Cons

Management doesn't communicate. HR is slow to action and usually comes of reporting. Lack of Quality and Integrity of management and employees.
