-team focus -great company values, mutually beneficial to customers and stakeholders -great health benefits -stock buy-in option -free lunches often -random small bonuses -flexible scheduling available -get option for those seeking a medical type career at entry level or post "demanding" patient care roles
Cons
-no in house HR team - management often lacking medical experience or actual leadership training (lots of OJT) - out of date DMS and educational tools -center staff managed and scheduled like a retail store, work instructions structured like plant manufacturing, but presented to the public as a medical clinic (Major shift for medical staff nurses to adjust to)
