Pros

Interactions with regular donors. Got to clock out and go home at the end of a very long shift.

Cons

Short staffed, taking 3 and a half months to get a new certified phlebotomist to start sticking, terrible management who watches the floor drown from behind a mirrored glass office and then gets mad about wait times. Lucky to even get a 30 minute lunch break. They close at 7 and often times not being able to leave until 10. Poor pay. There's a long list of cons and not really any pros.

Pros

Great pay and plenty of hours

Cons

Understaff almost all the time donors tend be extremely aggressive and if you're a close you don’t know what time you go home at my center you gotta take in new donor until the last minute even if you have to stay an extra 3 hours
