      -Good benefits (3 weeks off plus personal days with full-time employment) -Good training opportunities in different areas -Can move up quickly if you are good -Small bonuses, gifts every summer -Flexible hours (early 430am shifts to 10pm shifts)

      Cons

      -Usually in bad areas of town -Donors are sometimes rude -Very busy times -Possible exposure to infectious materials (HIV, Hepatitis B or C, Syphyllis) without the compensation
