      Pros

      Great experience for a current grad student or recent grad student . And I must say, I have seen people move up in the company.

      Cons

      The pay is horrible, the turnover rate is high because no one likes the pay . You will not have a life working at CSL because by the time you clock out your too tired to do anything for yourself . You go from working like a slave to barely working once tax season comes around . You hours will be cut tremendously .

      Management doesn't communicate. HR is slow to action and usually comes of reporting. Lack of Quality and Integrity of management and employees.
