During recruitment we strive to hire the strongest applicants and we allow each of them to negotiate their compensation packages. Especially in our China offices, we see many Expats come and go which is normal as they are not local to the region. At CSOFT, we see negative and positive effects of this fluidity; as teams change departments experience new ideas, growth, and energy.
