Pros

- Great co-workers - High-end office and great location - Easygoing work environment - Good for entry level positions - It's possible to have a decent career in technical writing... but it's not for everyone.

Cons

- No career growth opportunities - No real requirements for hiring. Native English Speaker? You're Hired! - High turnover rate, very little incentive to stay - ZERO Benefits ... you get a monthly salary ... - Questionable Management and Executive level decision making

Thank you for your feedback, we are happy to hear from our Technical Communications team about their experience in the office. We do have a strict set of guidelines which is followed for each position in the company; most are required to pass several tests before being on-boarded. During the process of hiring, the terms of your contract including benefits and compensation are negotiated. CSOFT is focused on creating an environment that nurtures employees growth both within departments and within the company. We strive to make employees feel like a part of the CSOFT Team and continue to make efforts to bridge the gap between our decision-makers and employees through direct access to management.

Pros

Outside of "emergencies", I had decent work-life balance as a remote employee. Immediate team members were great.

Cons

Other reviews will say the same - upper management is wild. I had a decent time at this company only so long as I fell under the radar, but you'll have to interact eventually. Leadership plays favorites. There are a few employees who have been there for ages. Anyone can come under fire at any time, and if you're not a favorite you might be "laid off."
