Pros

International employees, great office location, pleasant company culture, plenty of company events to promote communication between offices

Cons

No room for growth, upper management is unwilling to listen, CEO lives in a bubble world and is delusional about the needs of desires of employees, lack of benefits/bonuses, low salary, lack of sick days, very little paid time off, no payment for overtime hours- but employees are often given workload that requires them to work overtime and/or weekends

We appreciate your comments and are glad to hear that you enjoyed our CSOFT people. We take special care to ensure that all our employees are given the proper time and training in their positions, a process that is unique for each individual. We have tried to create an environment where employees can always be learning and growing in their roles, their departments, and the company in general. Especially in an international office, employees with different backgrounds have different expectations for their growth and compensation. At CSOFT, we offer a flexible work schedule which permits people to be compensated for the extra hours they have worked by allowing them to take time off during less busy periods of time. Managers strive to create realistic deadlines for employees, and we strive to create a place where employees feel that they are valued.

Pros

Outside of "emergencies", I had decent work-life balance as a remote employee. Immediate team members were great.

Cons

Other reviews will say the same - upper management is wild. I had a decent time at this company only so long as I fell under the radar, but you'll have to interact eventually. Leadership plays favorites. There are a few employees who have been there for ages. Anyone can come under fire at any time, and if you're not a favorite you might be "laid off."
