8yThank you for your comments. CSOFT's recruitment process includes a time for compensation negotiation which include both salary and benefits. While we do not currently offer over time, we have created a flexible work schedule which permits people to be compensated for the extra hours they have worked by allowing them to take time off during less busy periods of time. This provides employees with a better work/life balance and helps to improve the general office environment.
