At CSOFT, our managers strive to provide realistic deadlines from clients and to set fair expectations of each employee and we appreciate the efforts of all of our employees. We strive to give all employees the opportunity to grow depending on the effort that they put into their work, and many CSOFTers have gone from junior to senior roles within two-three years.
