We appreciate your point about regulations and we are sorry to hear that the salary did not meet your expectations. At CSOFT, we comply within the respective company regulations, and we try the best to meet the salary expectations of all employees which sometimes may exceed those of local standards or the clients' budgets given to us. We have a flexible work schedule which permits people to be compensated for their hard work.
