Creating an environment where employees can approach management to ask questions takes time and effort, and we are committed to "bridging the gap" and improving all the channels of communication increasing the fairness in expectations from managers to employees. We appreciate your advice on creating a clearer leadership structure and a mid-level management with different cultural and work backgrounds.
