Pros
To share my experience working at CSOFT, I've been here now for about a year, and in the short time, I've have had the opportunity to develop my career and skillset in a supportive and collaborative environment. While the company is well-established, the Boston office is small and gives a sense of start-up culture where you can learn just about every part of the business and develop your interests accordingly. Yes, there are times of the year that are incredibly busy, however that is the same with any company I've worked at. I have worked closely with most members of our international team on various different projects, and honestly this may be one of my favorite parts of the job! Everyone I've interacted with is super helpful and kind, and understands we are all on the same team, and they all want you to succeed just as much as they want the company to. Because of the international nature, there are some late nights or early mornings, however if for whatever reason I have a conflict in my schedule I haven't had any problems addressing this with upper management. Personally, I've had no issues in terms of benefits or pay, and I can say without hesitation that if you're looking for a workplace that you can grow your career, as long as you put the effort in, it will pay off and then some here.
Cons
Some late nights or early mornings, given the company is international and has employees all over the world.
