Thanks you for taking the time to provide feedback. CSOFT is working hard to increase communication between it upper management and its employees in order to better communicate our company goals and visions. While we hope that our CSOFTers stay a long time and while we do everything we can to build our teams internally, we understand when people choose to move on. Especially when working with Expats in China, we do know that there will be fluid movement within departments as people choose to move or change industries. We love the time we do have with our team members and strive to use the flow of people to our advantage as it brings new energy and ideas to each of our departments.
