We're sorry to hear that the working environment at CSOFT was not in balance with your personal life, we want all of our employees to have a good work/life balance and strive to create a space that provides that. Managers set deadlines for their team and try to balance work amongst all staff so that individuals do not have to work longer than the official work day (9 AM-6 PM). Sometimes people do need extra time to complete tasks that they have been given. In these circumstances, we have created systems to fairly compensate employees. For example, if you choose to work an extra hour for 8 days, we do not require that people come in to the office on the 9th day. We strive to hire individuals who are qualified for the position that they apply for and, while we value hard work, we try to provide all employees with a happy, fun office environment.

Pros

Outside of "emergencies", I had decent work-life balance as a remote employee. Immediate team members were great.

Cons

Other reviews will say the same - upper management is wild. I had a decent time at this company only so long as I fell under the radar, but you'll have to interact eventually. Leadership plays favorites. There are a few employees who have been there for ages. Anyone can come under fire at any time, and if you're not a favorite you might be "laid off."
