We are grateful for the hardwork you put in with late night calls, you are right that clients in this space (as in any industry) are demanding and we appreciate the efforts our teams put in to exceeding clients expectations. We strive to keep the late night calls (which we try to avoid scheduling internally) to a minimum and provide flexible working hours to make up for the over time that employees sometimes have to put in.
