Pros

There is no pros for working to CSOFT

Cons

In the past year, I have noticed a significant decline in the quality of the translations that we produce. The translations are often full of errors, and I have had to spend a lot of time and effort correcting them. I have also had to deal with a lot of customer complaints about the quality of our work. I have raised my concerns with management several times, but they have not taken any action to improve the situation. In fact, I feel like they have been more interested in cutting costs than in producing high-quality work. As a result of the poor quality of work and the lack of support from management, I am no longer confident in my ability to do my job effectively. I am also concerned about the impact that this is having on our clients. I am requesting that management take immediate action to improve the quality of our work and provide more support to the localization team. If this is not done, I will be forced to find a new job. Lack of action from management Decline in the quality of translations Customer complaints about the quality of work Cutting costs instead of producing high-quality work Shady business where projects that shouldn't be sent to China being sent to china team. Huge RED flag!!!! No respect for the employees

Pros

Outside of "emergencies", I had decent work-life balance as a remote employee. Immediate team members were great.

Cons

Other reviews will say the same - upper management is wild. I had a decent time at this company only so long as I fell under the radar, but you'll have to interact eventually. Leadership plays favorites. There are a few employees who have been there for ages. Anyone can come under fire at any time, and if you're not a favorite you might be "laid off."
