In the past year, I have noticed a significant decline in the quality of the translations that we produce. The translations are often full of errors, and I have had to spend a lot of time and effort correcting them. I have also had to deal with a lot of customer complaints about the quality of our work. I have raised my concerns with management several times, but they have not taken any action to improve the situation. In fact, I feel like they have been more interested in cutting costs than in producing high-quality work. As a result of the poor quality of work and the lack of support from management, I am no longer confident in my ability to do my job effectively. I am also concerned about the impact that this is having on our clients. I am requesting that management take immediate action to improve the quality of our work and provide more support to the localization team. If this is not done, I will be forced to find a new job.
