Pros

Very good people and easy to access top management, top-notch customer service , nice annual summit offering interactions with worldwide linguists and operations team.

Cons

poor/lack of training to employees, low pay and unclear career path/guidance. lack of good marketing support to promote company's expertise and experiences.

Thank you for your feedback, we are glad you have enjoyed our Annual Summit! The training schedules differ from department to department, some have structured initial training, whereas others require a multiple-test process than during hiring which ensure that employees have the necessary training. We always encourage employees to ask questions -- whether asking colleagues or management. We apologize that this left you feeling as if you had a lack of guidance. Pros

Outside of "emergencies", I had decent work-life balance as a remote employee. Immediate team members were great.

Cons

Other reviews will say the same - upper management is wild. I had a decent time at this company only so long as I fell under the radar, but you'll have to interact eventually. Leadership plays favorites. There are a few employees who have been there for ages. Anyone can come under fire at any time, and if you're not a favorite you might be "laid off."
