      Pros

      CST Academy is far and away the best place I could have asked to spend my gap year before starting grad school for speech pathology. It is so clear that everyone at this company shares the same core values, genuinely prioritizes the students/clients and their needs, and truly enjoys working together. There is amazing collaboration between disciplines- I learned so much from every SLP, BCBA, OT, and ABA therapist here. I am beyond appreciative of my experience at this company and will continue to recommend it!

      Pros

      - Ethical practices for learners and staff - Positive and collaborative community atmosphere. - Good work life balance with the ability to choose your own availability! - NO OCURRENCES or penalties for being sick!! - Great communication with center director and clinic leads. - Great SLP, OT, PT and BCBA support. - Well rounded training that prepares new staff for work! It does not feel as if you are thrown into the fire.

      Cons

      - Less than 40 hours availability will not guarantee administrative time when not working directly with learners.

      Pros

      Very supportive and communicative teams! I was greeted with amazing training to expand on my previous experience, and have been continuing to receive positive support since starting. Very neat and organized clinic spaces too!

      Cons

      Lots of information to take in at the beginning, but it all makes sense and ties into play as you develop at your clinic/gain more clients! More helpful than stressful, but being open to receive and being flexible is key
