* Opportunity to teach under-served populations * Collegial, mutually supportive faculty who share lesson plans, teaching materials, and expertise * Faculty who take seriously their responsibility to prepare students for productive lives and careers

* Administrative systems at all levels are in disarray * Administrative workers do not know who is responsible for what * Multiple phone calls are required to accomplish tasks that should be trivial * Paperwork is often lost or misplaced, making it necessary on occasion to submit forms and applications multiple times

Very straightforward, as long as you pay attention during training and make sure to ask questions, you shouldn't have many issues

Cons

Occasionally slow, but it's definitely up to you; if you find stuff to do, you'll always have things to do, and if not, then sometimes it will be slow
