      Good pay and good benefits

      Cons

      Always looking to fire a person, can't get personal days. Never told when you have done a good job, a lot of negativity. Morale is extremeley low.

      - strong benefits and culture - decent pay

      - everything is changing quickly with upper leadership and budget cuts leaving departments strained

      Pros

      Fair minded and supportive management. Not directly involved in RR management, so did not have the same hours or demands as many do.

      Cons

      None really--large publicly held company. Working on a contract basis, so can't speak to benefits.
