      Pros

      Teammembers who wnat to do the right thing.

      Cons

      Executive team wants to be precieved as a friend of all. They do not follow their own policies or ensure those they promote adhere to policies. Internal Politics is rampant within each department. Will never be a great company, just a good company to work for. Unfortunately you can judge a company by out quickly people cannot wait to retire or find another job.

      - strong benefits and culture - decent pay

      - everything is changing quickly with upper leadership and budget cuts leaving departments strained

      Pros

      Fair minded and supportive management. Not directly involved in RR management, so did not have the same hours or demands as many do.

      Cons

      None really--large publicly held company. Working on a contract basis, so can't speak to benefits.
