      Prior to PSR, a great company.

      Cons

      Shippers experience never-ending service failures which cost them in delays and lost business. The employees were reduced from 34,000 to 19,000 which forced a burden of long hours and poor service. The new regime views labor as expendable.

      Pros

      Fair minded and supportive management. Not directly involved in RR management, so did not have the same hours or demands as many do.

      Cons

      None really--large publicly held company. Working on a contract basis, so can't speak to benefits.

      Great retirement benefits, awesome coworkers, yummy food on site.

      Cons

      5 days in office, no work from home flexibility. Pay and benefits could be more competitive.
