      Pros

      Job security guaranteed if you don’t abuse drugs or injure anyone.

      Cons

      Unnecessarily chaotic work environment with critically few clearly outlined standards. Senior leadership lacking in awareness of / concern for overworked managers and employees due to chronic understaffing. Culture does not reflect the company’s stated values.

      - everything is changing quickly with upper leadership and budget cuts leaving departments strained

      Pros

      Fair minded and supportive management. Not directly involved in RR management, so did not have the same hours or demands as many do.

      Cons

      None really--large publicly held company. Working on a contract basis, so can't speak to benefits.
