      Dynamic work day, large overtime opportunity, great pay for education requirements, decent health benefits and 401k program, great retirement.

      Cons

      Overtime borderlines abuse, no restrictions for consecutive hours of service. 24+ hr days on your feet possible. Physically demanding.

      Fair minded and supportive management. Not directly involved in RR management, so did not have the same hours or demands as many do.

      Cons

      None really--large publicly held company. Working on a contract basis, so can't speak to benefits.
