      Pros

      Pay is great and there is always room for overtime for anyone who will work.

      Cons

      Management team is always looking to fire an employee for simple things. Much of the employee turnover is due to them badgering the workforce. They will also lie on you!!!

      Pros

      Fair minded and supportive management. Not directly involved in RR management, so did not have the same hours or demands as many do.

      Cons

      None really--large publicly held company. Working on a contract basis, so can't speak to benefits.
