      Pros

      Ok pay could be better but Great retirement

      Cons

      Management is terrible, they don't communicate make fake promises and they come after you if you do your job and bad order cars. Company preaches safety but will put you in unsafe situations to get something done on time.

      Pros

      Fair minded and supportive management. Not directly involved in RR management, so did not have the same hours or demands as many do.

      Cons

      None really--large publicly held company. Working on a contract basis, so can't speak to benefits.
