      Culture has been improving dramatically over the past 3 years Good, solid company with strong financial position A lot of opportunities, many of them high tech Railroad Retirement and Pension are great if you are going to build your career here

      Can be intense when operations is being impacted Slow to change sometimes

      Pros

      Fair minded and supportive management. Not directly involved in RR management, so did not have the same hours or demands as many do.

      Cons

      None really--large publicly held company. Working on a contract basis, so can't speak to benefits.
