      Some operations are great. Well run, straight forward. Good leadership is engaged with the day to day.

      Cons

      Constant movement, and some branches are just bad. Zero support from above, unrealistic expectations. Insane hours.

      Pros

      Depending on your branch, it can be a very tight knit group. I have great coworkers but I can only speak for my branch. Decent benefits and weekly pay!

      Cons

      The pay is okay, Seems like higher ups are pretty strict and it's difficult to get the tools and parts needed for repairs.
