Pros

A good company to get into to and gain some experience or to gain a certification in something you needed like soldering.

Cons

It's not a company someone would want to work for for a long time. They start laying off people once their customers no longer needs the assignments. The company cares mostly about the number of productions they make a day. Therefore, their employees had to work hard under pressure to keep up with the productions. Even fresh new employees who never had work experience with soldering like me will have to pick-up real quick in training to productions requirement, otherwise we will be laid off or giving a different assignment. This company doesn't treat their employees fairly. They only cared about what they needed for their productions. There isn't a cafeteria at the Flower Mound, TX facility either, so make sure you stalk your trunk up with ramen noodles in case you do forget your lunch at your house one day going to work. Just make sure it doesn't get spoiled or get placed in direct sunlight, it's sure very hot here in North Texas. They do have a vending station that sells a lot of food and drinks including chef beyardee and ramen noodles, but they're very expensive compare to what you find at your local convenience store.

Pros

Depending on your branch, it can be a very tight knit group. I have great coworkers but I can only speak for my branch. Decent benefits and weekly pay!

Cons

The pay is okay, Seems like higher ups are pretty strict and it's difficult to get the tools and parts needed for repairs.
