      I'm having a hard time finding the pros for this organization. Just regrets.

      Cons

      - no proper training - no documentation - you just feel lost when you get there - very limited resources - you will have to figure out the business process yourself - I was let go after 3 months

      Pros

      Depending on your branch, it can be a very tight knit group. I have great coworkers but I can only speak for my branch. Decent benefits and weekly pay!

      Cons

      The pay is okay, Seems like higher ups are pretty strict and it's difficult to get the tools and parts needed for repairs.
