      Pros

      Good people working hard. Lots of quality talent and genuinely decent folks doing a hard job.

      Cons

      Family owners are old school and not really very adaptable to new methods or practices. No upper mobility. Looking for people that will conform and not innovate. Micromanage from the top in all aspects of the business. Daily P&L reviews

      Pros

      Depending on your branch, it can be a very tight knit group. I have great coworkers but I can only speak for my branch. Decent benefits and weekly pay!

      Cons

      The pay is okay, Seems like higher ups are pretty strict and it's difficult to get the tools and parts needed for repairs.
