      Pros

      It is better than... nothing. If you like watching monkey toss excrement and then call them your management then work there.

      Cons

      There really is better places to work in the same field. If you are a hared core fan your brain washed and delusional.

      Pros

      Depending on your branch, it can be a very tight knit group. I have great coworkers but I can only speak for my branch. Decent benefits and weekly pay!

      Cons

      The pay is okay, Seems like higher ups are pretty strict and it's difficult to get the tools and parts needed for repairs.
