Toxic Environment - Anonymous employee CTDI Employee Review

There are major leadership issues that needs to be addressed here. Leadership brings in all their friends and never holds them accountable. They are more interested in hiding problems and pointing fingers than actually solving anything. Nothing is ever planned in advance, causing constant issues, communication is nonexistent, pay drops with no warning, and employees are asked to hide things during visits. This has created an extremely toxic work environment. Steer clear if at all possible, otherwise watch your back.
