Company is based off solid business and business principles and has had year-over-year growth at a largescale.
Cons
Zero, zero employee loyalty unless you are related to, or married into the owner and founder's family. I have seen HR come into our facility and take out some very good leaders because they tried to do things their way because the corporate way was not meeting objectives. Everything is about the bottom-line dollar after corporate manipulation.
