      Management listens to changes that need to be made although it may take a little more time than desired to get the results - but they do happen. The people are very nice and work well together.

      Cons

      Technology has a lot of opportunity for improvement due to not having been addressed during the growing years.

      Pros

      Depending on your branch, it can be a very tight knit group. I have great coworkers but I can only speak for my branch. Decent benefits and weekly pay!

      Cons

      The pay is okay, Seems like higher ups are pretty strict and it's difficult to get the tools and parts needed for repairs.
