      Great company, ok benefits. Overall great company moral.

      Cons

      Leadership has no clue what they are doing. Throws employees under the bus to make themselves look better. No room for growth, have had 3 vacancies open for months.

      Pros

      Depending on your branch, it can be a very tight knit group. I have great coworkers but I can only speak for my branch. Decent benefits and weekly pay!

      Cons

      The pay is okay, Seems like higher ups are pretty strict and it's difficult to get the tools and parts needed for repairs.
