Pros

Some of the immediate people I work with are truly wonderful and thoughtful. I have a very understanding manager who has accommodated a remote/hybrid schedule since the pandemic. Most of my core responsibilities aren't all that interesting, but I do have the occasional opportunity to engage in some high-profile studies.

Cons

The overall experience is mixed. CTDI claims to be a data-driven company, which from my experience appears to be true, but their appetite for actual analysis is very limited and seems to be geared towards reporting. The overall compensation is poor, and the collective benefits are passable. It's a private, family-owned company and culturally is very insular. It's frequently described by certain persons as a family, which is a characterization that I bristle at. I especially dislike being coerced/shamed into charitable giving.

Pros

Depending on your branch, it can be a very tight knit group. I have great coworkers but I can only speak for my branch. Decent benefits and weekly pay!

Cons

The pay is okay, Seems like higher ups are pretty strict and it's difficult to get the tools and parts needed for repairs.
