      Pros

      Great people always willing to help out. Corporate is only an email away with answer. It's nice having a company where you can ask questions and not feel like "you should know this already".

      Cons

      Unfortunately there's no real room for growth. Once placed in a position you're stuck there unless you're in the Corporate office.

      Pros

      Depending on your branch, it can be a very tight knit group. I have great coworkers but I can only speak for my branch. Decent benefits and weekly pay!

      Cons

      The pay is okay, Seems like higher ups are pretty strict and it's difficult to get the tools and parts needed for repairs.
