Pros
If you have a pulse, they will likely hire you, even for technical positions. Benefits exists, they suck but at least they're offered unlike many other companies. The pay is competitive; you likely won't be lowballed for most positions.
Cons
The work you do is incredibly robotic; it is exactly the same tasks, every single day, without falter. While benefits exists, I'm fairly certain it's the legal minimum benefits package required by law. $2000 deductible and $40 copay, or no deductible and they gouge your paycheck.
