      Pros

      You get the weekend off and no mandatory overtime.

      Cons

      They don't help you get where you need to be like they claim. Numbers are all they really seem to care. The sick time is awful if you use up days and ate sick they will point you and use your vacation time too.

      Pros

      Depending on your branch, it can be a very tight knit group. I have great coworkers but I can only speak for my branch. Decent benefits and weekly pay!

      Cons

      The pay is okay, Seems like higher ups are pretty strict and it's difficult to get the tools and parts needed for repairs.
