Lacking Vision - Anonymous employee CTDI Employee Review

Lack of core values or vision. While they may be a family and tout community involvement, there is no appreciation for home life. Salaried employees are expected to work 70+ hours. If you place an out of office while on PTO you are scolded from management. Mostly of the family members are in upper management and yet they have never worked in the business. They don’t know basic management 101. They also don’t answer any correspondence unless it comes from a customer.
