      This is a great company to begin one's career. One can get there feet wet and gain engineering experience.

      Cons

      Low pay compared to industry standard, rampant nepotism, lack of structure in mentorship, non-existent work life balance, the geotechnical manager has hired his entire family and picks favorites.
