CTL Thompson is a firm that really cares about their employees and their wellbeing. They make decisions that benefit the employees over just the executives. They continue to make strides in the right direction. They are a 50 year old company with a lot of longevity.
Cons
Communication could continue to be improved but steps are being taken in this area. More of a focus on the big picture could help improve the employee and client experience.
