Pros
This was a good place to work as you had easy access to the many departments in this multi-discipline firm. The company culture was very good and encouraged "balance" between work and personal life. For the most part, a really great group of people.
Cons
The projects that they went after were pretty mediocre. Not much design challenge. CVL always seemed a step behind with technology and software. Pretty much an 'engineer' mentality and not too creative. Some of the executive board is fairly stuck in the "old school" ways and not open to new ideas.
